What is the difference between the trial version and the full version?

There is no difference between the free trial and paid versions in terms of product functionality. We recommend that you try the free trial version for up to 14 days before purchasing. However, during the trial period, you can only download the first 5 minutes of videos and the first 3 minutes of music. On the other hand, if you upgrade to the full version, you can use the full functionality of StreamByte for Video or StreamByte for Music without any restrictions.

Does my subscription license automatically renew? How do I cancel?

Yes, if you purchase a monthly or annual license, your subscription will auto-renew. If you wish to cancel, please manage your order in the member center or contact us.

Can I change my registered email address?

Generally, the registered email address cannot be changed. If you wish to change it, please contact us.

Are there any additional charges?

No, StreamByte has no hidden fees. All pricing plans are clearly displayed and shown in your shopping cart at the time of purchase, including taxes.

How do I activate StreamByte after purchasing?

An activation email will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the activation code (also called registration code or license code) within the program to enjoy full StreamByte functionality.
